A New face to traditional gospel music scene, NU TRADITION offers their debut, self-titled release. Comprised of members from the Kentucky First Jurisdictional Mass Choir, Nu Tradition is best described as a group of young people with an avid appreciation of traditional gospel music. This LIVE CD is the brainchild of the Church of God In Christ’s oldest living bishop, A.T. Moore, was a familiar affair with grandson Austin Moore producing the majority of the tracks on this album.
Though the group may be new, there are some familiar talents who’ve lent their incredible gifts to this project such as Rev. Lawrence Thomison, Lamar Campbell, and Judith Christie McAllister.
This CD features new arrangements of some of your favorite down-home classics like “Victory Shall Be Mine”. Other standout tracks include: I’ll Forever Give You Praise”, and “Thou Art Worthy”.
As an added feature, there is a BONUS DVD which captures some of the best performances from that night.
