Brian Spears of Crystal Rose Records is known for having an ear for talent
(Donald Lawrence, Ricky Dillard) and now the label presents one of
Gospel’s best-kept secrets, Earnest Pugh. A background singer for
Byron Cage for several years, Earnest steps to the lead microphone as a
force to be reckoned with! Possessing a tangible anointing that sets him
apart Earnest is an amazing powerhouse five-octave range first tenor, but
that’s not all! Earnest wrote seven of the albums tracks including the hand-
clapper “He's There” (a duet with Nikki Ross) and “So Much”, a writing
collaboration with Byron Cage. Also featured is 'Holy Spirit', penned by
Brent Jones, and the mesmerizing Byron Cage arrangement of the
Thomas Whitfield classic “Wrapped Up, Tied, Up, Tangled Up”. A
WORSHIPPER’S PERSPECTIVE was recorded live at Ebenezer AME Church in Fort Washington, MD. This debut CD on Crystal Rose Records/EPM Music Group is sure to usher the country into the next dimension of worship.
